Steps to Choose the Right Size
If you can measure your foot:
-
Take a measuring tape or a ruler.
-
Place your foot on a flat surface, without shoes.
-
Measure the length from the heel to the tip of the big toe.
If you can measure your current sneakers:
-
Measurements from the label on the tongue or the side of the sneakers are more accurate.
-
The insole length in centimeters is usually indicated there.
-
You can share this measurement with our manager, and they will help you choose the correct size.
If you measure your foot, allow an extra 5 mm:
-
For comfortable wear, add ±5 mm to your foot length so the sneakers are not too tight.
-
Sneakers should fit comfortably and should not feel tight, especially in the toe area.

Helpful Tips
-
Do not measure your foot immediately after workouts, as it may be slightly swollen. It’s best to measure in the morning.
-
If you have wide feet or a high instep, be sure to consider the width of the sneakers.
